June Bug.

1 part midori melon liqueur
1 part malibu rum
1 part pineapple juice
ice

Mixing instructions...

Mix Midori, Malibu Rum, and Pineapple Juice equally over ice



Cosmopolitan.

1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Cordial
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 Lime wedge
Glass to Use... Cocktail glass

Mixing Instructions....

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into a cocktail glass
garnish with a lime wedge



Vodka Volcano Recipe.

2.0 oz Grapefruit Juice
1.0 tsp Grenadine
2.0 oz Pineapple Juice
2.0 oz Vodka

Mixing Instructions...

Pour Vodka, Grapefruit Juice, and Pineapple Juice into shaker
Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker
Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass
Drop the Grenadine into the center of the drink, making a red trail through the middle
Do not mix it at this point

Food.Lemon Bars

1 box of lemon cake mix
1 box of instant lemon pudding
1 cup of veggie oil
1 cup water
4 eggs

mix everything in a bowl
grease a "jelly roll" pan (17" x 16" with a 1" lip).... very importantto have this pan!!!
spread and make sure everything is even
cook 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depends on oven)

while it is cooking...

1 cup powdered sugar
lemon juice
mix in bowl
make the frosting very very runny...
that can be done by adding the lemon juice

when lemon bars are done
take out of oven
poke holes all over the bars
pour frosting over it
cool

before serving
sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Introduction

I hope that this blog will be more of a "notebook" for my life, growing into the 20-something lifestyle that is living on your own. i keep coming across recipes for deserts, dishes, cocktails... endless quotes i hear, fashion, style, design.. and cool sites, pictures and oddities of life that really don't have a place anywhere else that i would like to store in a nice way.. Without having to pack something else into a box in my vagabond life.
